Some of these accommodations we propose include calming music or other sensory aids that can help children cope with their dental visits. In addition to this, parents can bring a favorite toy or stuffed animal from home to help their child relax in the dental chair. Parents are welcome to stay with their children during the visit to ensure that they are as comfortable as possible.
If requested, we would be happy to schedule your child’s appointment at a less busy time of day so you both have time to get adjusted to the office and feel more settled. We can also administer safe dental sedation upon request.
